We are currently recruiting for the below positions:
Community Outreach Officer – Coventry
We are currently looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills, well organised, passionate, support householders with impartial energy advice, understanding their needs and finding pathways to support them in their own homes and to help householders save money and energy. You must have driving license and own transport for this job.
Salary: £28,964 starting salary – annual incremental rises subject to performance and funding
Job type: Fixed-term contract, Full-Time – 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (some weekend and evening work).
Other Benefits: 25 days holiday per annum + holiday accrual scheme & bank holidays, Workplace Pension Scheme, Company Critical illness cover, travel expenses paid, full training provided, free tea and coffee, away days

Location: Coventry City and occasionally Pitchill WR11 8SN, Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham B3 1SF (for team meetings)
